A lovely trail of about 7 km through the valley of the river Loio in Paradela, Lugo. This linear route of medium difficulty starts at the Ruxidoira playground and ends at the bridge over the mouth of the Loio. Along the way, walkers pass through native woodland, discover old watermills such as A Retorta and the hidden Pías mill, and enjoy the calm of waterfalls and traditional bridges.
